Deep attention to the spread of science and knowledge and doing research, is the key for current all-round world success and sustainable development. Islamic Republic of Iran with an old culture and precedency has always been proud and flourishing in the field of culture and knowledge, and in the shade of having great scholars is also brilliant in production of knowledge and improvement in the life style. 

Eshragh Institute of higher education has started its activity in the October of 2005 in order to meet the needs of the region and with the efforts of the university faculty and the elites in North Khorasan Province. After a short time, this Institute started construction activities on the basis of the master plan, with an area of 260 thousand square meters and investment totaling 20 billion rials, with an attitude on a hopeful perspective, and in conclusion with an efficient planning and management of the time, in the first phase it was able to construct Educational space, laboratory, Office, workshop, library and sports in over 8500 square meters. Now with the grace of Almighty God and the increasing efforts and attempts of those involved in this activity, about 2000 Bachelor and master students are acquiring knowledge in over 50 fields in technical and engineering, humanities and art groups.

In this Institute, 20 doctoral and master degree  Professors as members of the academic staff and over 100 highly qualified master degree tutors are teaching thoughts and creativity to the students and help them to raise in their beliefs and exchange their knowledge as members in unions and international academic societies. Undoubtedly, today's success and the previous ones in the educational, research, scientific, cultural, artistic, and sports aspects and being located among the first level institutions in assessing the country's universities and nonprofit institutions that is the result of the hard works and efforts of all the authorities, the teachers and the students in the various fields of science and technology and research and is looking forward to be effective for the government to achieve more progress and Self-sufficiency.
